27-July-2010: Pro-Channel Plugins Re-released:
These superb channel processing additions for linux DAWs went largely un-noticed on first release, so we have re-released them, with the addition of a general purpose input signal processor and noise gate. These three plugins together provide all the essential processing required in the mixer section of a DAW.
06-July-2010: VC2 Vintage Compressor:
The classic VC2 Vintage Compressor is now available as both a mono and stereo LV2 plugin. The mono (VC1) provides all the same character and warm vintage sound as the VC2 but allows the compressor to be used on mono channels. This is a free upgrade if you have already purchased the stereo version. The VC2 activation key is valid for both types.
28-May-2010: Pro-Channel Plugins:
The Pro-EQ and Pro-Dynamics plugins are similar in concept to the MX-Series but provide a slightly different EQ voicing and a more contemporary sound. They are also the first plugins to allow the UI window to be resized. This innovative feature allows you to re-size the window and the plugin GUI will scale accordingly, which can be especially useful when using small hi-resolution displays
14-May-2010: Plugin Prices:
Due to increased maintenance and development costs, it has regrettably become necessary to increase the price of the linuxDSP plugins, but it is hoped the new prices will still represent extremely good value for money. This will take effect from 01 June.
15-April-2010: MBC2 Multi-band Compressor:
The MBC2 is a 4 Band Stereo Multi-band Compressor plugin in LV2 format, with fully adjustable independent compressor sections and variable crossover frequencies. The compressor incorporates twin 24dB / Octave Linkwitz-Riley crossovers which are phase aligned to ensure that the bands sum back together with a flat response when set to 0dB, something not always found in multi-band compressors that use simpler filters.
30-March-2010: GRAPH-EQ:
Update to the GRAPH-EQ graphical EQ LV2 plugin - this is now available in both mono and stereo versions, for the same price as the original GRAPH-EQ2 stereo plugin, you now get both the GRAPH-EQ2 and GRAPH-EQ1. This release also includes some minor bug fixes, notably incorrect initialisation of the graph Q settings when opening the GUI. If you have already have an activation key for the original GRAPH-EQ2 this will also activate these new versions.
