JACK Applications
These are the linuxDSP JACK plugins. These are standalone linux applications that process audio by connecting to the JACK audio server. Other formats such as LV2 are also available which allow the plugins to run inside host applications.
Requirements:
A PC running linux with at least a 2.6 kernel (most recent distributions). The
JACK audio server and
GTK.
If you are already running the excellent Ardour Digital Audio Workstation
then you probably have all you need to run these plugins.
